A note on timing
We hire from time to time, and generally favor candidates with at least 6–12 months’ experience after earning their master’s. You are welcome to submit your application at any time — when we next have an opening, we will be in touch if we think it would make sense to meet. We do not currently provide internships or externships.

What you’ll be doing
You will build your own private practice within our supportive incubator. We provide the tools, supervision, and environment to help you thrive — while you focus on developing your clinical skills and business acumen.

Required qualifications

Licensure
You hold an LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT license, or a limited permit.

Entrepreneurial spirit
You are excited about building your own practice and motivated to learn its business side.

What we don’t offer
We are transparent about what this arrangement is: you will be a W2 employee, but with responsibility for developing and managing your own practice, under supervision. You will have unusual autonomy, and an unusually favorable economic split with us. But - you will have to generate your own referrals.

- A guarantee of a full caseload
- Health insurance — we do not pay for health insurance, but we do offer our full-time employees access to (the opportunity to buy) high-quality health insurance.
* In their first year, clinicians have a choice between a salary of $24k/year, plus a bonus if they exceed certain targets, or a proportionate share in revenues they collect.
